MF Plus – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MF Plus subscription service ("MF Plus") offered by Mass Fabrications Pty Ltd (ABN: 43 674 832 430) ("we", "us", "our"). By participating in MF Plus, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To join MF Plus, you must be a registered customer of Mass Fabrications and have an account on our website. MF Plus is currently available to Australian residents only.

2. Membership Benefits

MF Plus members may enjoy, but are not limited to:

• Exclusive discounts and special offers.
• Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.
• Bonus rewards and promotions.
• Access to members-only products or deals.

Benefits may change or be updated from time to time.

3. Fees

MF Plus is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce a paid subscription model in the future. If this occurs:

• Members will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
• You will have the option to opt-out before any fees are charged.

4. Fair Use & Misuse

MF Plus is intended for individual use only. We reserve the right to monitor usage and take action against misuse, which includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit discounts.
• Sharing discount codes publicly or with non-members.
• Any form of fraudulent behavior.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership if misuse is detected.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in MF Plus will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

6. Termination

You may cancel your MF Plus membership at any time by contacting customer service or managing your account settings. We may also terminate the program or your membership with or without cause.

7. Australian Consumer Law

These Terms do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that is conferred on a consumer by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or any similar state or territory legislation.
