Manufacturer warranties and how we support you
Many products carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty lengths and terms vary by product and are displayed on each product page. If you have a warranty claim:
- Contact Mass Fabrications and we will issue a case reference and advise next steps
- We will liaise with the manufacturer or supplier on your behalf and help coordinate repairs, replacements, or returns where appropriate
- For verified manufacturing faults or transit damage, Mass Fabrications will arrange and cover return shipping or provide a return label where appropriate

How to make a claim or request support
- Email support@massfabrications.com.au with your order number, a concise description of the issue, and clear photos where possible
- We will issue a case reference and advise whether we require the item to be returned for inspection
- If return shipping is required for a verified manufacturing fault or transit damage, we will provide a return label or cover shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be at the customer's expense unless otherwise stated

Exceptions and important notes
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, and installation errors are not covered under manufacturer warranties or this guarantee
